I recently purchased a Creative Blasterx Senz3D (which I now know is based on the SR300 camera), and I can't get the depth camera working reliably. Using the RealSense viewer, I get perfect results from the RGB and IR tests, but if I toggle the Depth camer on, the tool reports that the camera has disconnected, and it immediately reconnects. All the required drivers/devices are visible in Device Manager, and the camera is plugged in to a 'SS' USB 3.0 port. I'm at a loss with this. I have tried every fix I can think of, or found here or in other forums, upgraded from Home to Pro, so I could check the Local Policy wasn't messing with it. My commitment in currency is there, but I just need the thing to work now! Please help.
